By comparing the models of SEM-668-G2 and its previous model (i.e. SEM-668), a technology of vision system have introduced and thus improve its accuracy and repeatability.
We adopt two vision technologies, which are AGILENT LASER 5519A(America) and HP to improve the accuracy of the machine.
The brushes of SEM-668-G2 are enhanced and thus build a more steady and uniform printing board.
The user interface is intelligent and user friendly. It would be a good choice, which have an advanced technology and productivity to cope with the highly demand in nowadays’ market.
The features of SEM-668-G2 are as followed,
▲ It uses a high precision of Vision System, which enables to capture an image and thus has a fast and accurate matching response time.
▲ The structure of printing brush is made by special highly steel and suspend from the working board.
The system in the machine can monitor the whole processes, which ensure the tooling speed, tooling path and squeegee process are in optimum. It also gives a steady quality of screen products. Moreover, the outstanding design of machine structure provides a light and smart appearance.
▲ According to the size of PCB, the working board provides a flexible adjust to the pins and vacuum nozzle. The assembly time of the working board is easier and faster than the previous model (i.e. SEM668).
▲ There are pins mount on working board to support the PCB. They worked on either the single-side PCB or double-side PCB.
▲ There are two cleaning system in the machine to clean the printing board, which are manual option or automatic option.
